How do I add a new property listing?▼
Navigate to your CRM dashboard and click "List Property". You must provide essential details mapped to our database: title, description, property type (e.g., Apartment, Villa, Plot), transaction type (Sale/Rent), and ownership type (Freehold/Leasehold).
What are Listing Boundaries?▼
Unique to Tenzo, we allow you to draw exact directional boundaries (North, South, East, West) and measure frontage length. This directly populates the `listing_boundaries` table and increases your exact-match rate for buyers looking for specific plot orientations (e.g., East-facing).
How does media processing work?▼
When you upload photos or videos, they are safely stored and logged in our `listing_media` records. Images are automatically compressed, and AI taggers identify rooms (Kitchen, Master Bedroom) to construct a smart gallery viewer.
How is listing approval handled?▼
To maintain marketplace integrity, sensitive listings await a verification check recorded in `listing_approvals`. Approved RERA documents or legal clearances instantly boost your overall Trust Rank.
