When a buyer clicks "Enquire", their contact info and `inquiry_message` drop directly into your `crm_leads` table. We track their source, budget constraints, preferred BHK, and attach them seamlessly to the specific `listing_id`.

Every real estate agency operates as an isolated `tenant` with its own `tenant_subscriptions` plan (e.g., Free, Pro, Elite). Your plan dictates your listing caps, CRM user seats, and AI generation tokens.

Under your `tenant_id`, you can create multiple `users` and group them into `crm_teams`. Each user is assigned a Role (Admin, Manager, Agent) dictating read/write privileges on sensitive CRM lead data.

Our system populates `listing_trust_metrics` nightly. The score (0-100) merges five weights: Price Fairness (25%), Locality Quality (20%), Listing Accuracy (15%), Builder Reputation (15%), and Verified Documentation (15%).

Every verified agency (`tenant`) receives a responsive public URL (e.g., tenzo.co.in/agency/your-brand). This automatically renders your company logo, description, and aggregates all active `listings` and `projects` tied to your ID.
